I found these two interesting videos that are linked to one of the main questions that Tetrault raises in her book: How can democracy thrive under a tribal society? She also point outs that the people in rule grant more power to their preferred tribes in order to maintain power within society; and these two videos demonstrate that in action and the likelihood of it continuing in the years to come. Will tribal life hinder democracy, or will it affect it at all?
