Dalal -Thoughts on Mushaireb project

I was thinking along the same lines of Aljazi about the Mushaireb project,
However my main concern is, is there a demand for these projects? Ahmad AlMannai told us that there will be 50 villas, and 900 apartments, as well as a school. When I thought about it, I was asking myself, will this area be filled by foreigners? Most likely yes, Qatar is still a traditional society and people enjoy their privacy behind their walled homes. Will Qatari families start moving to apartments by 2016? I think it's still too soon to say, but from what I see happening with other projects in Doha such as the Pearl, many of the apartments are empty or house non-Qataris (although there is a small portion of Qataris who do rent there and spend the weekends there). I know they are attempting to recreate the past and from what we saw they are doing a great job, I'm only critical about the 'living' situation.
What do you guys think?

Dalal Al Thani.
