Dalal -1 in 8 soldiers suffer from PTSD

Dear All,

This article discusses the rising problems with PTSD and how much returning soldiers suffer, I know the class disagreed on how soldiers should be punished. My question is, should the young soldiers, who really had no knowledge of what was going on, suffer the same fate as soldiers who lacked morals and shot at people as if they were playing video games?
