Here's an interesting article about post traumatic stress disorder along with other reasons that cause soldiers to act immorally. Its a very fascinating article and I links to the heated argument we had last class.
One soldier says in the article "It's shoot first, ask questions later. Everything's justified." This is quite interesting as it is linked to the experience the soldiers in Breaking Ranks had. In many ways, they were oblivious of their actions until their violent actions took place.
